Using Our Service

When using TraceUI, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not use the service for any illegal, infringing, or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to harm, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service

Website Analysis

When you provide a URL for website analysis, our service accesses publicly available content from that website. We respect robots.txt directives and only collect information that is publicly accessible. We do not access password-protected areas or circumvent access controls.

TraceUI is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party websites analyzed through our service. We make no representations or warranties regarding third-party content.

Website owners who wish to exclude their site from our analysis may do so via robots.txt or by contacting us at jvalaj@traceui.app.

Ownership of Generated Content

You retain ownership of the brand assets and mockups generated through our service, subject to any third-party rights that may apply to the source materials you provide or reference. Once generated, these assets are yours to use for your business purposes.

You grant us a limited license to store, host, process, and display your generated content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate brand assets and creative outputs. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • Generated assets may not be unique and similar outputs may be generated for other users
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated assets before using or publishing them
  • We do not guarantee that generated content is suitable for any particular purpose
  • We are not responsible for how you choose to use generated assets

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceUI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Account Termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal information and generated content, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior, with or without notice.
